What deposit do you require and how does payment work?
We keep payment simple and tied to progress on the job. Confirm Mike's actual deposit amount and payment schedule so we can list it here.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Confirm with Mike whether he offers financing or payment plans. If yes, we'll add the details, it can be a strong conversion driver.
Why do quotes from different contractors vary so much?
Because they're often not quoting the same thing. One bid might skip permits, use cheaper materials, or leave out prep work you can't see. Our quotes are itemized so you can compare apples to apples, and the cheapest bid usually cuts the corners that cost you later.
Can we phase the project to fit my budget?
Often, yes. We can stage a larger project room by room or in phases so it fits your budget and timeline. We'll map out a plan that makes sense.
