Is the estimate free?
Yes. The quote is free and there's no pressure. We'd rather give you real numbers and let you decide than chase you.
What deposit do you require and how does payment work?
We keep payment simple and tied to progress on the job.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Why do quotes from different contractors vary so much?
Because they're often not quoting the same thing. One bid might use cheaper materials, or leave out prep work you can't see. Our quotes are itemized so you can compare apples to apples, and the cheapest bid usually cuts the corners that cost you later.
Can we phase the project to fit my budget?
Often, yes. We can stage a larger project room by room or in phases so it fits your budget and timeline. We'll map out a plan that makes sense.
